Gratitude

Birthdays are often measured in years, but as I woke up this morning, I found myself measuring mine in moments of unmerited favour. There is a profound clarity that has come with another trip around the sun, a realization that in this life, nothing is guaranteed.  Everything, from the breath in our lungs to the roof over our heads, is purely a blessing, absolute grace! I woke up today with a heart saturated in gratitude. As I reflect on the journey thus far, I am overwhelmed
